Meet Our Staff
Evans and Colnes are our trusted husband and wife staff team. They have been working at Long Story for over 4 years. They will greet you upon arrival at Long Story and assist with any luggage upon request. They will show you to your rooms and once you have settled in, they will prepare your breakfasts in the morning and do housekeeping.
If you need any laundry done, they will gladly assist. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. They help with anything that comes up during their time here so don’t hesitate to ask them if there is something that needs to be done or if you are having trouble with any of the amenities at the guest house.

COVID Protocols, Water & Generator backup amenities, Sustainability
We are fully equipped for any circumstances and have put in place many protocols and backup systems to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We try to be as sustainable as possible and have provided a water tank and a generator to be as accommodating as possible.
We also have a lovely herb and veggie garden available to all guest to pick fresh ingredients from for their next meal. Besides this, fresh and organic eggs are also available to all guests.
We have all necessary COVID-19 protocols in place to ensure your safety and a comfortable stay.
