We don’t call what we offer cooking classes, since there is no formal syllabus. We don’t call them demonstrations, since guests share in the cooking rather than just observing. Rather, our Cook and Stay experiences offer guests the opportunity to stay overnight and join us in the preparation and enjoyment of a sit down feast.
Whether you’re a novice cook or a serious chef, gathering in the kitchen with other foodies is always fun. It’s a chance to share your love of food, get a taste of cooking and come away with new ideas, recipes, new friends and of course a new chapter in your story!
WHAT DO WE COOK?
Our menus change regularly and are based on seasonal and fresh ‘farm to table’ style food. Meg leads the way in the kitchen, her cooking style is fresh, clean, simple and unpretentious. She cooks with a commitment toward health and balance, without leaving out the good bits.
